CANCELLATION POLICY

 To ensure all clients can begin their appointment on time and receive the best service possible, we ask that you please notify us if you are unable to make your appointment.

To cancel or rebook your appointment we require a 24 hour notice.

Please be on time to your appointment. We understand that things happen that are often times out of our control but please let us know ahead of time if you will be running late. Any clients more than 10 minutes late may be subject to rescheduling to avoid inconveniencing the client scheduled after you. If you are not familiar with the area, please contact us to review directions.
